Challenges
Mobility uses are changing, mobility policies are evolving, cities and their neighbourhoods are undergoing change, even more so in Paris than elsewhere. In this context, the challenge of producing quality Passenger Information is essential for an urban mobility brand such as RATP, which is involved every day in dealing with a formidable flow of passengers. During a change as significant as the reorganisation of the bus routes, the expectations and demands of passengers are all the more important given that digital methods of communication and simulation have been perfected in recent years. A nice digital service design topic.
