Challenges

You have probably already seen a telephone bill. You know that endless list of phone numbers associated with gloomy amounts of money, all written in font size 6 and stuck together? Well, we got a bit fed up with this illegible invoice, which was a waste of paper, more than anything else. The purpose of this research project was to redesign the user's experience of reading the bill.
