With its carbon coaching application project, ekWateur has a clear service-oriented and customer-focused strategy. We supported the start-up in its innovative approach: to create a service that is not expected from an energy supplier, while remaining faithful to its core business and its ecological values.
- 4,6/5 on the App Store
As a fast-growing green energy supplier, ekWateur wanted to develop an application to involve its customers in ecological transition, while increasing the number of customers in its portfolio. This aim went beyond the scope of a UX/UI service, as the entire experience of this eco-app had to be worked on, from its vision to its operation. Graphic design was also at the heart of the brief: How can you represent a “carbon footprint”? How can you keep a serious subject light?

During the project, we contributed to the development of the company's vision and positioning. This was reflected in the design of the service, which has become much more than simply tracking energy use: it's a tool for green transition, accessible to all. In terms of UX/UI, the major challenge of the app was to represent a carbon footprint, to provide information without being discouraging, to illustrate without dramatizing. Graphic tips, an editorial style, a sensitive and poetic universe have set the tone for the design of the screens of this accessible and friendly application.
